Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@namocraft.us.kg with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll send you a return shipping label within 2 business days.
  3. Ship the item back using the provided label.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product, etc.).

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Food and beverage products (tea, incense) once opened
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale
