Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@namocraft.us.kg with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll send you a return shipping label within 2 business days.
- Ship the item back using the provided label.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product, etc.).
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
- Food and beverage products (tea, incense) once opened
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
